An informational site about Pirkal’s services and a way for you to get in touch.
Information, not an offer
What we describe here is informational and is not a binding offer. The scope, timeline and price of each project are agreed in writing, in a specific proposal or contract.
Illustrative mockups
The interfaces, diagrams and illustrations on the site are examples to explain our services. They don’t correspond to client projects or client data.
Intellectual property
The Pirkal name and brand, the monogram, the illustrations, the copy and the code of this site belong to Pirkal. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission. What we build for each client is governed by that client’s own contract.
Use of the form
When you write to us, you agree to provide truthful information and not to use the form to send spam, automated messages or unlawful content. We may discard messages that don’t meet this.
Availability and liability
We do our best to keep the site available and its information accurate, but it’s provided as is, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for damages arising from the use of the site or the inability to use it.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute will be submitted to the ordinary courts of Chile.
